Learn 3D Rendering By Lighting a Moody Nighttime Scene Developing Skills in Maya and Renderman - Maya Tutorial
In this project you will be lighting a moody night time scene using the same scene file that was used while developing this course.
Project Files:
The project files associated with each lesson video can be found in the resources section(in the right hand column of this page). Since this course focuses primarily on lighting, I have preemptively established a base render settings set up within each lesson file. So if you decide to do any renders using the Renderman image tool you should generally be good to go. If you find that you're lost at some point throughout the course you can repopen the project file that correspondes to the lesson video that you're following along with and it should get you back on track. Also note that I've attached a low resolution render of the final image to the files section, which you can use when going through the compositing lesson. You can also render out a high resolution .tif to use if you'd like as well. The resolution I used for final output was 2925x4096. If you have any questions let me know!
